Good afternoon, Amid ongoing uncertainty and concerns about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak on both a global and local level, we wanted to touch base with you to let you how this is affecting our business and in turn, how this may affect you. We remain open for business and intend to continue to serve you, our valued clients, amidst these ever changing circumstances. We will, however, continue to follow the directive of the relevant governments and health authorities as ...the situation continues to unfold. In the meantime, we have also taken precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of all of our clients, staff, and their families. It is our priority to be prepared to adapt to the situation and we have the IT Infrastructure in place to allow staff to work remotely from home while keeping your information confidential and secure on our server. The importance of doing our part (washing our hands, avoiding handshakes, and continually wiping down surfaces) has been communicated to everyone as well. Although we continue to meet with client’s in-person only on an as-needed basis, we are encouraging all of you to use electronic measures to transmit your information to us. We ask that the email address you send is an email address that is unlikely to change in the foreseeable future.
