Hello everyone It’s currently finals season and I am one step closer to becoming registered. This means that rates will be increased and you will be able to bill to insurance very soon! If you don’t have coverage, there’s still time to book while rates are heavily decreased by roughly 50% ... Please private message, text or call for more details and booking!

Hi everyone, I’m now implementing a $25 cancellation fee if you cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours as I’ve had too many last minute cancellations. This won’t apply if the cancellation is due to weather conditions. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Hi everyone! I recently had a client ask me at what age kids should start getting massages? so I thought I’d share my answer to dilute some misinformation surrounding the topic. As adults we tend to forget the aches and pains of being kid. Sitting in a desk all day with poor posture is reason enough to get sore but many kids also participate in after school activities where they are pushing their bodies hard and at times getting injured. But I said all ages so what about t...oddlers or babies? YES! Birth is a traumatic event and while massage is helpful for addressing postural dysfunction, it’s also extremely helpful for decreasing stress. With that being said, infant massage is best received by the mother/caregiver or with them present at the session. Toddlers can have a difficult time regulating emotion (as I’m sure you know) which once again, causes stress that can actually remain present in the body long after a tantrum has passed. I know it can seem silly to think about children getting massage but this is a therapy for maintaining health. If we take our kids for regular check ups and dental cleanings why do we exclude massage therapy? If you have any questions about this topic, please comment or private message me
