Rockwood Trail Riders

We are officially having a youth team. We now have enough members to be 100% going. This does not mean that you cannot still join. We have spots available for western performance (pleasure, trail, horsemanship), showmanship, lead line, and walk jog/Trot. ALSO At our July show we will be offering a Ranch Riding demo class for the first time to try it. Be sure to check it out, as well as our novelty class, which is an individual event at this show. Ranch riding is a class that tests your horse's durability and suitability for being a ranch horse, and can include extensions of the jog and lope, walk/Jog poles, changes of lead, and pivots/turns.

There are still spots available on our 2018 youth team!!! Come out and have a good time.

Second show of the season is only 10 hours away. The novelty class for this show will be a little different; it will be PAIRS. At the beginning of the class all the entries will be put into a hat and pairs will be chosen. Remember that the novelty class is held at the end of the english/western(come early games riders!) ALSO, if you have any questions regarding the youth team tournament in paris this summer, Jackie Clayton and Andrea Lucas will be around all day to answer your questions.
