It is important for you to connect with your family doctor if you have any concerns about your health. Delaying care could make your health worse. Ask your doctor about the options that may be available to you to ensure your health needs are met. If you need support with the following: mental health, nutrition, active living, chronic conditions, social work or addictions and have a T5W, T5A or T5Y postal code, please contact us at 780.479.1533 to find out how Rundle Health Centre can support you and your wellbeing.

In a time where we are spending much more time in our homes due to COVID-19, we wanted to share an opportunity for connection for those 55+. Seniors' Centre W...ithout Walls is a free phone-based program that offers a variety of interactive health and well-being information sessions, recreational activities, and friendly conversation. Provides opportunities to socialize, learn new skills and stay connected from the comfort of your own home. Thanks to our friends at Edmonton Southside Primary Care Network for providing this opportunity for connection while many people navigate increased time spent being isolated.

Staying healthy means connecting with your health provider when you need care. Your family doctor and your PCN clinicians are here for you for whatever concerns you have, or any follow-up you require. We also want to make sure you stay healthy if you test positive for COVID-19. Please be sure to contact your family doctors office to let them know so they are support you as you navigate any symptoms you may have while isolating.
