Essential oil rollers are one of my favourite ways to make essential oils easily accessible throughout the day. Even my children have their own little collection. . Rollers help to stretch your essential oils farther (because you dilute them), typically lead you to use them more consistently (because they’re already prepped), make application less messy (you aren’t getting oil all over your hands), and are easy to pop in your purse for on-the-go use. . Hey there! Here’s an invitation to come check out the Peterborough Wellness Exhibition on March 8th at The Evinrude Centre! There will be coffee and tea available, a play area for children, public speakers to learn from (see schedule on our Facebook page soon!), love music to enjoy, and over 45 local, small businesses (including myself!) all in the health and wellness field. This is an excellent opportunity to meet health and wellness professionals, and find the right fit fo...r you! Doors open at 9:00am, and the first 20 people through the door get a swag bag full of treats from multiple businesses featured at the exhibition.

Searching for any type of facilitator, doctor, practitioner, etc, can be tricky. So much of it depends on the chemistry. On clicking. On the vibes. It often involves face-to-face interaction before you know whether it’s a good fit. . This is exactly why I am a co-organizer for the Peterborough Wellness Exhibition. Along with @naturallynestedmsp , I am honoured, proud, and excited to pioneer this event. We have over 45 local health and wellness small businesses coming together... so that you can see what is available to you, and meet the faces of these businesses in person. . Come check us out on March 8th between 9:00 and 5:00 at the Evinrude Centre. Learn new things, meet new people, and walk away inspired, and with a better idea of your complete wellness team. . Organic coffee and tea will be available, along with a play area for the children, and live music. Starting at 10:00am there will be speakers every 1/2 hour (schedule to be release soon) in order for you to learn a little more about many different modalities, therapies, and services available to you right here in the Peterborough community. .
