Friday, November 20th starts our 2020 Christmas Kettle Fundraising Campaign. This year our goal is $110,000. This year's campaign runs from Friday, November 20th to Thursday, December 24th. We would like to thank Mayor Kevin Davis of Brantford for helping us kick off this year's campaign. Kettles will be located at Walmart, Metro and Zehrs at both their King George and Fairview locations as well as at No Frills in Paris. Starting in December all locations will include a conta...ctless donation machine in addition to our usual "bubble". Funds raised go towards our Annual Christmas toy and food campaign as well as supporting our on-going Food Bank and other programs throughout the year. Due to the covid restrictions, kettles will look "different" for us this year. We will not be able to hand out our usual supply of candy canes, kleenex packages and magazines as a way of saying thank you. Donors can be assured that our appreciation is just as genuine and heart-felt. In addition, all kettle workers will be asked to follow the required health guidelines including wearing facemasks and using the sanitizers provided. We know many of our workers will miss the "freedom" of past years, however we appreciate all support they give us throughout the Christmas Season. Finally we are in desperate need of volunteers to help us with our fundraiser. If anyone would like to volunteer to stand at a kettle they should contact our church office at 519-752-7813. To donate online, visit our website at www.salvationarmybrantford.ca/, then click the link for "donate".

Here is some information about this year's kettle campaign from our head office. Just a reminder that this year our volunteers will look a bit different than in this picture. Our volunteers will be wearing masks and wearing a volunteer tag instead of the red vest. While there are many challenges this year we are grateful for those who already have signed up. There is still need for more volunteers. If you would like to help here is the link to sign up http://bttr.im/zo87j. If you have any more questions please call the church office at 519-752-7813.
