Getting ready I start off the morning with a great group of ladies while we do some Nordic pole walking at the waterfront! Great exercise and it's beautiful out this morning!

Just a few announcements! Thank you everyone that participated in the Food Drive over the past 2 months. We donated 54.5lbs of food plus some cash donations as well! Congratulations to those that won the gift certificates for helping out during the food drive. Everyone's help will go a long way. For those that may not yet know, I will be taking some time off this Summer as my family will be growing. I am expecting a little one in mid August. At this time I am hoping to work u...ntil the end of July, and will be taking August and September off exclusively. I am planning to be back mid October. Please watch for emails about updates on when I'll be back at work. If you would prefer to be notified by a call or text message about when I will be returning, please let me know so that you stay informed! Lastly, (this is the last one, I promise) I will be collecting for the Food Bank again starting today, until I go off of my maternity leave. Everyone that brings in food or does a cash donation (no min. required) will have their name entered into a draw. For every 50 lbs of food that is collected or $50 that is donated, I will draw for 1 free half hour massage for when I return back to work. With over 3 month until the draw I know we can raise a lot for those in need, while also helping some of you in need of a massage. Draw date: July 24, 2015 (winners will be contacted by July 30).
