Great job on the scores last week. This week we have added a money box on the scoresheet to track dues paid. Just add money paid there and it will show up on your individual stats. All money will be put into envelopes and inserted into pool tables this season as the pay online features were a little too pricey this year. Also, the $30 fee is the sanction fee and we are looking to get everyone to pay it this year instead of deducting off prize board in an effort to increase year end payouts. And I apologize to anyone who’s stats are wrong, I’m working on editing the stats. Good luck tonight!

Everyone uses 8 handicap for three weeks. Player averages will start on week 4. No league dues tonight we will take care of week one dues on week 2 as we are trying to learn this new system. Call or text for any help

Vnea captains if you could email me or message me your team players if not already there. I will add them in for tonight’s match. Also, scoresheets and cash envelopes will be available for tonight as we are learning the compusport program. Search Sarnia Vnea Wednesday open league on compusport and add scores there. By next week we will be fully paperless. Teams will be able to pay and keep track of dues online along with all the stats and records. Gonna be exciting!

Hey pool players, exciting news! Sarnia VNEA is switching to the compusport program for this season and future seasons. This will provide stats, schedules, accurate trs scores along with making our local leagues basically paperless. Scores will be input on smart phones on league night and stats will be posted immediately. This will also lower league expenses providing bigger payouts to the players from now on! VNEA is taking registrations for Monday ladies and Wednesday mixed leagues. Email [email protected] to register or call Elio at 519 490-5156. Season will start in October as usual. Masks will be worn and all COVID rules will be followed. Hope to see everyone this season and have another great year of pool!

Vnea pool league payouts will be ready for curb side pickup on Wednesday June 24th between 4-8pm. We were hoping to do it at one of our locations but things are taking longer than expected, so we will be set up at 1520 McGee street(off Cathcart) at Elio D'Andrea’s house. There will be fresh smoked pulled pork sandwiches and Mac n cheese provided by DMD pool leagues and Rob Forte has graciously offered to do the cooking, so come hungry. We will also have bottled water and pop and beer. There will be plenty of room to social distance. I personally would like to thank the Vnea Sarnia players for your patience this year and hoping we have a fun little payout this Wednesday.

Well, after reviewing our current situation the VNEA Sarnia leagues will be terminated for this season. Teams and singles will be paid out by where they finished in the standings before the break. There is no point in waiting it out any longer so we will be making up a prize board and set a date on when players can receive their money safely. Hopefully we can start a fresh new season this September. Stay safe everyone!
