SERNbc programs focus on ecosystems that are damaged or degraded, have a high functional importance, and are not explicitly managed through other programs. SERNbc has managed a wide variety of ecosystem restoration projects in open Douglas-fir, small grasslands, wetlands, whitebark pine and other ecosystem types.
