The ESSS will be hosting its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, May 20th from 7 PM to 9 PM, held on our ESSS Discord! Those who attend will be entered into a draw for the chance to win one of many sweet prizes ranging from ESSS merch to gift cards! In order to meet quorum, we must reach an attendance of 40 ESSS members for this meeting. Under the ESSS Policy and By-Laws, an ESSS member is defined to be a current ESSS undergraduate student or an SFU student that is curren...tly enrolled in an ENSC course. The ESSS encourages you all to bring your friends and attend the AGM, as it provides an excellent opportunity to pass changes to the ESSS Policy and By-Laws, celebrate the achievements of the outgoing team, and welcome in the new executive team for the next year. We look forward to seeing you all there!

Midterms stressing you out, missing the Halloween Feeling? Trick or treat yourself to Trick or Treat: Discord Edition! Instead of catching corona and cavities, we're going to be rekindling the community and the spooky vibes through Trick or Treating your SFU groups on October 31st, 7-9pm on the SSSS Discord! Join us with your friends and follow a trick or treat leader who will lead you to knock on the doors of MSESS, ESSS, CSSS, SFU Surge, SFU uPhoto, SFU Esports, SFU CAC, S...FU Competitive Programming and SFU KStorm! At each door, you'll receive the treat of learning about all of these student societies and clubs and also participate in their planned activities. We also have a fancy, exclusive, one of a kind discord role to give to EVERYONE who attends! If you're interested, sign up (form on linktree) because spots are LIMITED. Be sure to dress up if you can because right after, we'll be throwing our Halloween Party in the SSSS server (link in form)!

Hey All! FROSH is back again next week! From September 15th to the 18th. Join us and have fun, make friends and escape from your studies.
