WHERE MY GF’S AT? And I ain’t talk’n girl friends, I’m talk’n bout Gluten-Free noodles. Our boy YUNG BEN @noodl3mane been workin hard on this one and we finally ready to drop it on ya. Starting tomorrow, we will have a small limited batch of GF noodles available daily (unless sold out) so come down and try em. The noodles work really well with our Tonkotsu Nu-Classic which includes our GF thin char siu and a rich foam broth. Issa (Note: We aren’t a gluten free facility s...o there will be potential contact with non GF products. Ayeooo!! Whats goodie? Heres some updates for y’all: May 2, 2022 Menya is back to DINE IN ONLY! Doordash will no loner be available.... Our new ramen kits (Chili goma kit and one rotating kit), japanese sandos and other snack items will still be available on Doordash through @firstavenuecornerstore (Order through doordash or click ORDER NOW on our website) We will be launching our new Spring/Summer menu. We will slowly update new items to the menu starting tomorrow. One exciting addition is our Tonkotsu Nu-Classic shown above. Menya 1mm skinny noodles, thin slice pork char siu, negi and tamago in our foam tonkotsu broth. Peep that family and hope to see all y’all faces in the shop for some fresh ramen

OK OK!! We happy to announce we gonna be back at it for dine in starting Friday, February 12 y’all. First half of the week, we gonna keep the ramen cups live in store and on skip. Once we open for dine in on Friday, the Ramen Cups will ONLY be available on skip the dishes to keep our in-house capacity safe for our dining customers. We got some new bangers to offer y’all so we excited to see y’all again real soon! *DELIVERY ON SKIP THE DISHES WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE UNTIL RESTRICTIONS ARE LIFTED

Sup y’all, how y’all doin? We miss seeing all y’all faces at the shop but it’s been nice to see some of y’all roll up to the shop for them ramen cups. And all the others who been supporting us through skip, we thank you too and every skip order that comes through, we only see the driver but we put your face on them in our minds so that it looks like you, and if we don’t know what you look like, then we by default put Baby Yoda’s face on them and say Man baby Yoda be eat’n a lot, this like his 30th order he gotta slow down and chuckle to ourselves but anyways, here’s a picture of the Tonkotsu Black you can order now.

Here we thought 2020 would give us flying cars and X-Ray vision and all we got was not flying cars and stay at home television fam. And once (if) the restrictions ease up, we gonna be powering up with some new new on deck and hopefully Futures mask off becomes the anthem for the year so let’s get it y’all.
