Are Save the Dates a must have? What do think? . In my opinion, in 2020/21 they absolutely are! More than ever before Save the Dates give your guests time to plan well ahead... and given that SO many weddings have been postponed until next year, there will be double the number of weddings! So let your friends & family know what's going on. . You absolutely need to tell your guests as soon as possible even 1218 months ahead of time! ... . Sending out your invitations too early isn't really the best strategy either guests won't rsvp because it's too far away, or they may forget if the reply date is too far in the future. So it's best to follow these guidelines: Send out Save the Dates between 8 18 months before your wedding. Send out Invitations between 2 3 months before your wedding. If you're absolutely not doing Save the Dates, then sending your invitations 4 months beforehand is okay (but not ideal) Ready to get started on your save the dates? Hit me up! I'm your girl. This paper is pure artisan quality! My friends at @farmette.co make the most gorgeous handmade papers. . These papers are botanically dyed, which means that they may be a bit different from time to time depending on the actual crop! There's something so beautiful about that! Isn't there? . Most handmade papers that I've come across are synthetically dyed, and even though that's a great way to keep colours consistent, it's just not as natural as I'd like.... . This is my go-to paper for that buttery softness with a deckled edge.
