You need to mix all of this together and shape into patties - bake and then fry in a shallow pan of oil for that crispy outside Toggenburgers... cup green lentils cup brown rice 2 portabellas (2 cups) 4 oz button mushrooms (2 cups diced) 1 onion (1 cup diced) 2 tablespoons garlic (3 large cloves) 1 celery stalk (1 cup) cup cooking sherry (red wine works also) 1 teaspoons apple cider vinegar cup grainy dijon cup sunflower seeds (chopped in food processor) 2 teaspoons salt teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon thyme 1 cup couscous Cook the lentils and rice with 2 cups of water.

Also split in half for a 9x13

This is for a hotel pan - so you could probably cut it in half and do a 9x13 pan
