We are so happy to be back and can’t wait to see everyone again!
We do not yet know exactly when we will be able to reopen, but we sure do hope it will be soon! We are waiting for word from our government and our governing body, as to when we will be permitted to resume patient appointments. We miss everybody and are looking forward to seeing your smiling faces again!
All of us missing all of you #staysafe #stayhome #COVID19
Dear patients, parents and friends, Hope you all are keeping well and strictly following social distancing. I wanted to remind you all that my office is closed due to covid 19 and strong directive from our regulatory body and Government of Ontario. I am however not too far from anyone of you, in case of a true emergency (uncontrolled pain, severe infection, loose or traumatized tooth). You can easily reach us by phone-519-770-4400 and leave a voice mail. Majority of emergenc...ies can be easily resolved by "at home measures" (please see the video posted by me on "how to cut a poking wire") or by pain killers. Even for such emergencies, if you wish to contact me, please call the office at 519-770-4400 and leave a voice mail indicating your name and number. One of the staff members will be happy to call you back. If required, they can schedule a face to face meeting with me via zoom. Please read the notice posted by me on the website under Covid-19. Wish you all a very happy and safe time with your families and loved ones. We will sail through the tough times. Regards See more
How to cut a poking wire
Hello Everyone, Our Office is temporarily closed due to this ever changing situation of Covid-19. This decision to close the office was taken by our regulatory authority (royal college of dental surgeons of ontario) to keep our patients, staff, families and communities safe. That does not mean that we are not accessible to our patients and in case of a true emergency, we are absolutely available to see our patients in office. We are able to solve majority of problems via a l...ive face to face chat with our patients wherein they discuss their problems and I offer them temporary solutions. To schedule such a live chat, all you need to do is call the office at 519-770-4400 and leave a voice mail. We are available to listen to the voice mail from Monday-Friday between 8:30 am till 4 pm. Alternatively, you may email us at [email protected] Thank you and stay safe. Sincere request to all of you- Maintain strict social isolation to defeat the virus as soon as possible. See more
The mouth is the gateway to your body, so here is another reminder to keep your hands away from your face. Plus, make sure you brush, floss and see your dentist 2X a year to keep it at its healthiest.
Update regarding COVID-19. Watch for additional updates in the coming days. Stay safe and healthy everyone!
As you may have heard, due to public health concerns, the NBA has suspended its season until further notice. Unfortunately, this affects our Slam Dunk Smile Giveaway. We are monitoring for updates from the NBA but please know whatever outcome they reach, there will still be a great prize for the lucky winner! Thank you to everyone who has entered to win so far, stay tuned and we will keep you posted.
Happy St. Patrick’s Day! We hope the luck of the Irish is on your side during these challenging times.
We hope you are enjoying your March break as much as possible, and staying safe and healthy. Our office is closed this week for a previously planned shut-down. We do have staff answering phones today, and plan to do so for the remainder of the week, depending on Coronavirus developments. The COVID-19 pandemic is changing daily, if not hourly, both in Canada and globally. We are committed to helping our community stay healthy and informed. Smiles in Motion is closely monit...oring the situation related to COVID-19 and we will provide updates as information becomes available, in regards to the measures we need to take to help protect the health and safety of our team, our patients, and their families. We know we will get through this and want to do our part to help reduce the spread of the virus. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this trying and rapidly changing time.
