March 22, 2020 Dear Clients, During this covid-19 health crisis, we have a duty to provide and maintain care while ensuring the safety of patients and pharmacy staff.... As of Monday, March 23, 2020, Snow Lake Pharmacy will be implementing new (but temporary) measures to ensure the safety of all. 1. For Seniors over the age of 70 and individuals on immuno-compromising medications: Free delivery service will be provided between 6:00-7:00pm. Please call in your order before 1:00pm. 2. For refills and general orders: Call before 1:00pm to place your order Pick up time and details will be given to you ABSOLUTELY NO Drop-Offs 3. For acute care (emergency needs, urgent new prescriptions): After communicating with your doctor, call in advance to arrange pickup time 4. Public is highly encouraged to use debit/credit cards or e-transfers directly to [email protected] in order to minimize cash exchanges 5. A waiting area will be set up outside the pharmacy. Please wait outside IF YOU MUST. Ideally, maximum 1 2 clients at a single time inside the building. These measures are only temporary during this emergent health crisis.
