Hello Everyone Let's take a look at my Birkenstocks! "Aren't they great? I've had them for years. They are comfortable and look as good as new." I hear this all the time from clients when we start talking about why they have certain callus buildup, ankle pain, knee pain, and hip pain. We have all judged our shoes from the top! Now, look closer. They don't stand evenly. Could something be off? When I turned them over I figured out why my right foot is bothering me!! If I had... tires that badly worn, @oktiresg would tell me not to drive or at least not to go on a long road trip. My car would probably not even handle well. I will bring these to @sole.experience.yeg to see if the tread can be replaced but my guess is no, the cork has already started to deteriorate. Take a look at the bottom of your shoes and examine the wear in the tread. Stand them on the table and see if they are flat or leaning. Check the compression on your sneakers. If your foundation isn't right, your entire skeleton is not going to be right. The body is an entire unit. Hi Everyone Ready for my first spa pedicure client of the second part of 2020. Is that 2020 2.0? I have gotten a couple of negative comments from people not being able to get an appointment. 1. Everyone wants a service right now, you are not alone. 2. I am working more hours but seeing fewer people per day. Right now I need to see what the new flow is for client services and for the additional sanitizing between clients. Please be patient as I figure out my timing. ... 3. I am at risk as a person with asthma and 58 years old. Yes, I could work 12 hour days but have realized that my health has to come first. Only if I am healthy can I be here for all of my awesome clients. The 12 hour days are gone for now. The schedule has been expanded to 6 days per week. Hey Everyone All products are 20% off. Dermaplaning. In the spa I use a scalpel to take off dead skin cells and those fine hairs which none of us love in the bright sunlight. So today while waiting for my order of #Skeyndor products to arrive I treated my skin. First, waxing of terminal hairs on the upper lip and chin. Then the dermaplaning. Follow up with #UniqCureSOSRecovery ampule, #AquathermThermalConcrntrateWater which is high in magnesium important for healing and moi...sture, #powerhyaluronic mask. Once the mask was removed I applied #powerhyaluronic Moisture Booster serum, and finished with #CC Cream for moisturizing, SPF 30, and slight tinting. All of the Skeyndor products I used are for use at home. You can do your own dermaplaning using blades found at drugstores or Amazon. It takes a little practice so maybe buy a couple of extra blades so that you can try it on your arm first. The most important thing is to hold your skin tight. It took me a bit today. 58 year old skin, not as tight as it used to be, and the need for glasses. There are many reasons this is not a video. Anyway, ask questions. I am excited to hear from you.
