I know that everyone is dealing with Covid the best way that they can but I want to remind a lot of people who aren't in the wedding industry of one thing they ...may not realize. The wedding industry in the US alone is a 55 billion dollar per year industry that is essentially GONE until the government starts opening things up again. Because we aren't big airlines, or car companies, but instead hard working small business owners, we won't get any government bail out. The limited grants and PPP money are long gone. In the meantime, you can support these companies by buying flowers from private florists instead of Costco and large box grocery stores. Order take out from banquet halls that offer this service. Hire a photographer to take a family photo or update your headshot for your LinkedIn page, website, or business card. Get your old wedding VHS tapes transferred to dvd or to a digital format. If you look back at your wedding day fondly, take a minute to write a review on the people who worked for you. Buy gift cards from various wedding vendors that offer them for future services such as floral, family photos, restaurants, etc. A little support goes a long way during these times.
