3 Tips to Stay Hydrated Now that we are in those hotter summer months, its really important to stay hydrated amongst any consumption of caffeine & alcohol. Keep a full water bottle at hand... Its way easier to take sips of water when you pass the bottle. Than to do the whole task multiple times a day. Pick out your special bottle, filler up in the morning and take it wherever you go. Jazz it Up But I dont like to drink water... yes this is true for a lot of people. With a little squeeze of lemon, cucumbers or mint. Can go a long way in taste. Put Yourself to the Test Pinch the top of your hand gently with your index and thumb. Then let it go. Is it takes more than a couple seconds to settle back down you might be dehydrated Take a look at your urine. What color is it? Hydrated urine should be a light yellow color. Darker yellow into orange is a sure sign it needs to be diluted. and if your still not convinced, it can boost energy, help with muscle tightness and your massage therapist lives a hydrated bod.
