This weekend we celebrate the Solemnity of our Lord Jesus Christ, King of the Universe. This grand and glorious feast will bring the Church's liturgical year to a rousing end. Now is the time to review the promises we made to Jesus over the past year. How faithful have we been? What still remains to be done? What Gospel resolutions should I make for the coming year?

Today we celebrate Our Lady of the Rosary. Grant, we beseech Thee, that by meditating on these mysteries of the most holy Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary, we may imitate what they contain and obtain what they promise.

Medical Officer of Health, Dr. Salvaterra reminds residents of Peterborough city and county, Hiawatha First Nation and Curve Lake First Nation that while a local masking directive was already in place, the new provincial regulations (issued October 2, 2020) go further by requiring face masks be worn in all indoor settings including places of worship. Please be courteous and mask-up as you come to worship!
