Nice little bathroom upgrade for this customer. New tub, vanity and tiled tub surround. You never know what you will find behind the walls. In this one we found no insulation in the walls and a nice big bee hive in the end wall (no signs of past water damage which rarely happens). We couldn’t have that so we re-insulated the walls and installed new vapour barrier. As you can tell we will never install tile around a tub or shower without installing @schlutersystemsna waterproofing. Along with that we redid all the plumbing, installed a ceiling fan and gave it a fresh coat of paint. #bathroom #bath #tubsurround #tile #vanity #tub #fan #remodel
