How much content should you post every day/week? This is probably the question I get asked most. In a perfect world, you could be posting as many as 20+ unique pieces of content a week. But as a business owner with many, many other responsibilities and priorities that may be impossible and unrealistic. What I recommend is that you decide the minimum number of content you can commit to creating and posting a week. Then do that. If/when you can increase it, then increase it but... do not set yourself up for failure with unreasonable expectations. It is better and more effective to post Higher Quality Content Consistently than it is to post lots of filler/random content. How much content will you commit to posting each week?
