Your Monthly Ottawa Market Stats provided by OREB MLS Statistics. There are currently 872 active residential and 480 condominium listings in the Greater Ottawa Area. Compared to last month, we have seen a 30% decrease in residential listings and a 21% decrease in condominium listings.... We had 1,213 residential sales and 400 condominium sales in November. Compared to last month, we have seen a 27% decrease in residential sales and a 16% decrease in condominium sales. All sale price averages are up by 12% or more compared to November 2019. The average days on market are down 47% for detached, down 36% for attached and down 24% for condominiums. The number of units sold compared to last year has increased by 55% on detached, increased 60% on attached and has increased 45% on condos compared to November 2019.
