Random Act of Kindness Day is November 6. A day to do something kind for someone with nothing in return. Post a kind act on this webpage for a chance to win a Sobeys gift card.

Sussex Relay for Life 25.11.2020

This year, COVID-19 has changed our world in unprecedented ways, but the daffodil remains a symbol of hope and renewal for Canadians affected by cancer. During these times, the sunny daffodil reminds us that we all need to join together and look ahead to brighter days. People with cancer are among the most vulnerable because of their compromised immune systems. Their care and well-being are our highest priorities, which is why your support matters now more than ever. For our #DaffodilCampaign this spring, we're rallying Canadians online to spread hope and positivity to those affected by cancer. See how you can become a Daffodil Champion and show your support: cancer.ca/daffodil

Thank you to everyone who came out to help us celebrate our survivors at our first public Relay celebration! Here are just a few highlights from the evening:

Community is bigger than cancer, and no one should go through it alone. That's why the theme tonight is one of celebration and comradery. Help us celebrate our survivors starting at 6pm at the Sussex Rotary Amphitheatre. Live music all night with a luminary/memorial ceremony once it's dark. All are welcome!

Things are happening! Thank you Alantra Leasing Inc. for once again providing us a safe and secure space for committee operations on site and to the Town of Sussex, NB for providing an amazing venue and all the logistics support we could ask for! Come on out for a public Relay concert in the park tomorrow evening - all are welcome to come help us celebrate our survivors!
