Big Game Draw & Angling Season Update As of 1pm today, there are no anticipated changes to the big game draw or angling seasons in Saskatchewan. All draw pr...ocess are still slated to go on as planned, and opening days for angling are still in place. We are in regular communication with the Saskatchewan Ministry of Environment, and will make regular updates as events unfold. We have received several calls at the office from people concerned over changes due to Covid-19. Please share this post to help combat the spread of misinformation suggesting the likelihood of draw process or angling dates being impacted by Covid-19 restrictions. We will keep you up to date. The Awards Banquet will be cancelled until further notice due to circumstances that have arose around us all. As the club does not want to place any of our members in harms way we felt it best to cancel this celebration until things quiet down at least. Ticket refunds will be available where you picked up your tickets if you have already.Sorry for any inconvenience and we will keep you all posted. Stay safe and healthy everyone.

Our branch has made a few donations to a few organizations last week which include the Canora Junior Elementary School in amount of $500.00 as well as the Canora Composite School for the amount of $500.00. Other donations were made to the Conservation Officers annual banquet with the sum of $100.00 as well as the Habitat Trust Fund for the amount of $500.00. Your continued support towards the SWF Canora Branch is greatly appreciated in the aid of maintaining our Wildlife and Habitat Lands.Thank you very much to all our members for your kindness and help with our future.

SWF CELEBRATES 91 YEARS IN SASKATCHEWAN Saskatchewan Wildlife Federation celebrated its 91st anniversary convention in Weyburn this year with yet another great attendance by its members & affiliates.
