It looks like the Emergency Relief Fund Applications are accessible to some already. Some steps needed before you can apply: You will have to register for "My Account" and/or "My Business Account" before applying. They will send you a security code which take 5 - 10 days to get. Once you get the security code, you will have full access to your account. The application is called the "Canada worker benefit advance payment application". It is a 7 step application process. Follow the steps carefully. Once you get to Step 5 of 7 (step 5 is attached), it will ask you for your 2020 expected income. Obviously this is going to be an estimate and probably inaccurate but try your best.
