Date: March 26, 2021 Presenter: Dr. Anne Jamieson, Executive Director of the Institute of Catholic Education in Ontario... Biography: Dr. Jamieson is a wife, mother, teacher, author and life-long learner. Anne served for 12 years in the Diocese of Hamilton as the director of the catechesis office and is now executive director of the Institute for Catholic Education in Ontario. She has been both an elementary school teacher and a lecturer at St. Augustine's Seminary in Toronto. She holds her doctor of ministry from the University of Toronto. Members of St. Joseph Parish Council (Grande Prairie) gathered online to remember and pray together on Remembrance Day.

Immaculate Conception Parish Council (Woodbridge) commemorated the League’s 100th anniversary with a tree planting ceremony. The short ceremony began with a welcome from the parish council president, prayer and scripture reading. The tree and the plaque in front of the church will be a reminder of the presence of the League in the community.

Each year the Scarborough Region of the Toronto Diocesan Council hosts a mass to honour all members of the region who have passed away. Due to COVID restrictions, this year's mass was celebrated and live-streamed on November 4th, 2020 from Precious Blood Parish. The Book of Life was on display at the altar with the image of Our Lady of Good Counsel.

In the summer, Our Lady of Fatima Parish Council (Renfrew) members planted a Red Maple tree at the side of the church in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the League.
