This was a 4x7 Set at 265lbs, My Super-set was a Forward Overhead Plate Raise at 45lbs 4x10. Super-setting Core, can help Relieve Tension in your Back, should it develop. Leading up to this I spent time working on Uneven Load Lifting and Core Exercises that would help Strengthen my Bigger Lifts. Notice how I don’t train with a belt any longer. If synergistic muscle groups are isolated and developed stronger, they make big compound movements a lot easier to progress.

Lifting Heavy can be a ton of fun if done property. I Lift with a back condition, Scoliosis that curves my spine to the left. Taking proper care of yourself at the gym is more important then I realized at the time of this Vid. After pushing myself to my weight limit (405lbs Conventional Deadlift), taking care of my back became more important to me then the increasing weight. How many retiring body builders do you know? Since this realization^, I’ve been working on advancing my anti-torsion control since and have made significant gains in my own stability and overall strength. This is important when wanting to have a long term gym career vs. Working on short term gains.
