Bruce Steakhouse Update Welcome to stage 3 at The Bruce Steakhouse! It has been a long road from March 17th 2020 when we shut down our dining area, and could only provide take out and delivery. The support shown by our Bruce family, community, and local businesses has been absolutely outstanding. Kincardine has always made us proud! With the start of stage two we opened The Bruce Patio and expanded our outdoor dining space with picnic tables over looking the lake in our par...king lot, and a front sidewalk patio. We have made many modifications daily to our Operations which include 8 hand sanitizer stations, an outside handwashing station, a new exit door, washrooms sterilized every 60 minutes, tables, chairs and menus sanitized after each use, touch points frequently sanitized, we have provided PPE to both customers and staff alike when requested. Our team has been great to adapt to our new policies and procedures as they often change daily. Everyone has been excited to enjoy our patio and the beautiful weather we are having this summer! As we enter stage 3 We continue to follow the recommendations laid out by The Grey Bruce Health Unit and it is strongly recommended that you wear a face mask when picking up takeout and during your visit unless you are seated at a table. As we enter stage III indoor dining is available at restaurants. We have chosen not to open our inside dining area at this time. With the expansion of two new outdoor dining areas, take out and delivery we feel this is the best decision for now. We are working hard to ensure each guest has a positive experience and we look forward to opening our inside dining area in the near future please watch for our announcement! We would like to thank everyone in advance for your co-operation in following the stage three suggested procedures. It is built in 6’ & 8’ sections for easy removal 4. It has an approximate 2 hour Removal time I hope these answers clear up the confusion and concern over our sidewalk patio
