With the cold weather upon us, don’t let your skincare routine fall through the cracks! My fav scrub is the exfoliating polish by ZO. It uses magnesium crystals to buff off dry dead skin leaving you with smooth skin Moisturizers are really a preference. If you are looking for a great one for winter that is also anti-aging- AlumierMD Hydrarich is a cult fav. Chemical peels/facials! They are a great way to exfoliate your skin and treat any tone and texture concerns. They are great for preventing fine lines and wrinkles! SPF SPF SPF. And I’m not taking about the coppertone you put on the kids. Make sure the sunscreen you use is a physical facial sunscreen- minimum SPF 30.
