The Fitness Recipe 14.01.2021

It’s been forever since I have posted as I’m fully absorbed into mom life, but as my mental game is getting stronger through the tougher mom days/weeks/months, I’m getting back into a consistent routine of working out and managing life with two busy children I am putting the idea out there to potentially do some zoom training sessions. I want to design programs for the following options 50 minute weight training ... 30-40 minute weights and cardio mix 30-40 minute no equipment Perhaps 4 weeks per program, undetermined number of days a week. Would any of the selections potentially suit your needs as I think on this and make a rough draft plan? Comment or message me :)

So this gal is in Lethbridge so this is possibly assignments being given all over the province.... and it’s not okay ... I was the young girl once who developed triggers like no ones business when it came to health and fitness. Thankfully through my chosen career (I chose the career to help myself and others) I have been able to understand and develop ways around triggers most of the time. I’m not perfect but how she put this made me realize I can’t let my past influence my daughters and how I need to take action so we can’t hopefully avoid them developing any body image issues. That would be heart breaking What I loooooved about what she had to say in another post is instead of giving a rather self distructive assignment to young children teach them about food in an easy to understand way and how it’s made up of carbs, fats, and proteins (what foods go under what category). They can make a food journal for a week and then pin point areas they can alter to add in more protein in areas if needed, how to develop a balance of each, how to shop and put together easy meals around the three. Teach them that weight doesn’t determine worth, teach them the positives of what their body’s can do for them- they can run and they can play, ext. and their bodies can keep doing this for them if they take care of them.

I am nearly finished my next project! I have names down for women I will be talking to to see if this is the right fit but also wanted to see who else was interested. I will be choosing 3-4 women to start when it’s officially ready Here are some more details about the program. ... For 10 weeks this is a daily interactive work book I’m trying to create. I wanted it to have a bullet journal feel at the same time. Fun to fill out and look at. You will need a way to track your steps, My Fitness Pal, and be ready for daily interaction with me. I will only be a pain if your not doing the EASY daily work if you on a roll with it our daily check ins will be quick It will potentially be easy to meet in person to collect all the initial information once your signed up so I would like to hopefully get that all arranged before the official start date Week 1 and 2 is info gathering, personal info, daily routine tracking, meal tracking, goal planning and taking body measurements/pictures Week 2 focuses a lot on tracking each days food intake- not altering but tracking your normal eating pattern and marking it down Week 3 after seeing how a normal week of eating is we alter the pattern by setting a calorie amount and aiming to get certain macros without making it too difficult. This also includes hitting a certain water intake, no alcohol, mostly to no processed foods. Week 4- all that continued but mood/craving tracking, seeing what triggers are and what road blocks come up and how to overcome them Week 5- continued but adding in sleep tracking Week 6-continued but adding in 10000 step a day goals and body weight exercises and stretching Week 7-10- customized for you workout program while still doing all the other tracking Program cost for the first group of women joining is $300- if the program gets completed $50 will be returned as a success reward

Whoops long time since I posted anything Mom of two, summer, etc... = busy! But what’s new in terms of fitness and health is this program coming to life that I’m hoping to be done to start in September.... It is a 10 week program! Nutrition and daily movement focused with a customized workout program for each individual the last 4 weeks. I will only be signing up 3-4 women for this program. Daily check ins- daily accountability A way to track your daily steps is needed Fully dedicated, your ready for change, ready for learning, ready to work every day. If you finish the program you will receive part of your payment back as a reward Put your name down for interest and I will be choosing 3-4 of you :)
