Its with a heavy heart that I walk out of The Leading Note one last time today, as a vendor and customer. I picked up my remaining items they sell on my behalf ...as well as a small order of items. I’ve been a fan of this business eve before my time in Ottawa. I used to order all my piano students books from The Leading Note to Flin Flon because of their excellent service and free shipping for $100+ orders. As they move to join the Long and McQuade corporation, their presence in the Ottawa music scene and their willingness to work with small vendors like me will truly be missed. To the entire team at The Leading Note, thank you for being an incredible Canada-wide supplier of classical music, and for supporting local musicians and artists.
