We attribute that to the thorough washing and drying process as well as the fact that they don’t travel far. Depending on your refrigerator they can last upwards of two weeks! Pretty frills going into @houseofboateng mesclun mix. In Fall we started experimenting with growing each mustard separately instead of mixing the seed for our mesclun blend ahead of time.
