Due to the spread of COVID-19, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s conference. We were hoping that the direction of the pandemic would take a significant turn for the better, but unfortunately this has not been the case. We are sorry to have to cancel, but feel it is the best course of action. We anticipate maintaining this year’s theme and hosting the Qualitatives at Brescia again in 2021. We will be in touch in the coming months with updates and details for anyone interested in carrying forward their presentation from this year. For now, please take good care. For the most up-to-date information, visit our website: www.qualitatives.ca
We expect the next round of notifications to go out this week. Note: Due to members of our organizing committee being in St. John's during its state of emergency over the past 8 days, notifications should come this coming week. Thank you for your patience.
Thank you to everyone who submitted an abstract for our second deadline last week. We will be reviewing them in the coming weeks.
The first batch of abstract notifications has gone out! If you submitted by the original deadline, and have not heard from us, please let us know! We have extended the deadline for abstract submissions; you can now submit online until December 13, 2019!
The Call for Papers is now available for the 2020 Qualitatives. This year's theme: Conceptualizing Theory: Analytic Practices in Qualitative Research. Please visit www.qualitatives.ca/CFP for more details and the full call.
