Trauma Informed Care Collective 20.11.2020

As frontline workers, community members, leaders, and parents ourselves, we recognize the incredible amount of stress our communities have faced since the start of this pandemic. That is why back in the spring we came together to create a FREE resource to support our community members who continue to be in the thick of COVID -19, which is ALL of us: we are in this together, and we need each other’s support to ensure we get out of this pandemic with our mental health intact. ...Please use our QUICK TIC Toolkit (link in bio) as a guide to not only understand and care for yourself , but also to support your understanding and ability to care for others during these times.
