"The impetus for this second date night was a family virtual tour of Tokyo to help us prepare for the 2022 vacation. So we figured planning a date night around it would be just the thing to really get us excited." http://ow.ly/WqoE50Dmluf

#RemembranceDay (Armistice Day) and #VeteransDay mark a day of remembrance for those who have served, and continue to serve their countries during times of war, conflict and peace. Many of our guides have family histories tied to the major battlefields around the world. We will remember them, and many others, this November.

Here's a ghost story for you this #Halloween: #BurgEltz has been in the same family for over 850 years and, boy is it haunted! Agnes, the daughter of a 15th Count of #Eltz, had been promised to a fellow noble. When she met him as an adult, she was appalled by his behaviour towards her and her family. She refused to marry him. Insulted, he laid siege to the castle. Seeing enemy troops pour into the courtyard, she donned her helmet, breastplate and battle-axe and rushed to me...et them. Inspired, the castle's defenders repelled the attackers, but when it was over, she lay dead, her chest pierced by a single arrow. Her spirit is said to haunt the castle grounds to this day, ever-vigilant. #HappyHalloween . : @steijehillewaert
