Smoothie-like fruit character with the El Dorado bringing more of a stone fruit vibe to the berries. Soft and creamy at a well-hidden and warming 8% ABV. Today we debut a new look for our seasonal DIPA, Box Theories! A heavy Strata hop schedule sways this beer entirely towards tropical fruit mango, stone fruit upfront with a mixed-berry back end, slightly dank and all around juicy! A more complex grain bill provides the body, depth and structure required to balance out a hop-load of this size. Insanely smooth at it's imperial 8% ABV. Excited to debut a new IPA today! Hot Sky was brewed primarily with Eclipse hops, which existed for many years under its experimental name HPA 016. Eclipse is by far the fruitiest Aussie variety we have brewed with specifically, we are getting notes of a sweet citrus fruits, candied orange, peach juice, papaya, Juicy Fruit gum, and pine needles. We are excited to announce our first ever Oktoberfest, running this Thursday to Saturday! Thursday at noon open we will be debuting Festbier and will be pouring half-litre pints of it from our new Euro-style side-pull tap in a snazzy new mug! Festbier pours a golden amber colour and features a soft caramel-biscuity aroma and a clean, crisp, slightly bready palate. Subtle floral hop character. A malt-forward crusher that is truly built for festival drinking! No cans, served on...ly on tap. @mildaspizzas will be on site Thursday and Friday serving up an Oktoberfest themed pizza alongside their usual lineup and on Saturday we will have some scratch made pretzels! Both the pizza and pretzels are available while supplies last. Put your drinking shoes on and come hang out!

Debuting a brand new IPA - An Anomaly - an IPA focused on softness and fullness in terms of body and flavor. Brewed with primarily Apollo hops, typically known for its bittering, but showcases really amazing pungent and juicy citrus when used right! One of the rare times we've fermented outside of our house yeast, this time with an English strain. Check it out on tap and in cans! Outfitting our most recent addition to our wild and sour program here at the brewery. This beautifully crafted foeder from @nwfoeders in PEI will hold 2000L of beer left to slowly ferment with what has become our house mixed culture (our own unique blend of wild yeast and bacteria). It will be several months from now before anything is ready, but look out for many foeder releases in the future!

The absolute freshest Seeing Citra currently rolling off the canning line and into our fridges! This beautiful beer will be with us for the next 4 months and will see distribution across the province starting early next week. If you’re craving this juice sooner, get it at the brewery in Fredericton right now in cans, and will be on tap by mid-afternoon! Finally, we are able to announce the return of our Milkshake IPA - Velvet Fog. We've gone back to the tried and true Raspberry version, but this time with a small dose of lime zest to keep it bright and vibrant, more appropriate for drinking during this heat! As usual we also added pure vanilla, lactose** and El Dorado hops. Soft, round, with a smoothie-like fruit character that makes this beer super fun and completely delicious! A rare Tuesday release, find it in cans at the brewery as well as on tap! **Note that this beer contains Lactose (milk sugar) for those that are lactose intolerant.

Today we release Throwin' Blueberries, a sour ale conditioned on 300 lbs of wild organic blueberries, picked in the Grand Lake area. 50 cases available at noon open, and available on tap for pints only! @mildaspizzas back with us at 5pm this evening, meaning we have another happy hour upon us! Buy a pizza, receive one drink ticket for a discounted 17 oz pint! 8 different cans available, 3 bottles and 12 on tap. Weather forecast is nothin but sun! Come kick off the weekend with us!

This evening we debut our first ever HAPPY HOUR, and it will run whenever @mildaspizzas is on site. The deal is, receive a $5-17 oz pour with the purchase of a pizza. Whenever you purchase your pizza you'll receive a ticket, present this to our bartender and receive ONE discounted pint. Mildas is here this evening, Friday and Saturday (always weather pending) from 5pm to 9pm, so this happy hour will run during those times. Coming this Friday, Throwin' Blueberries, a sour ale conditioned for 2.5 months on locally picked wild organic blueberries, at a rate of approximately 200 g per litre. Bottle conditioned for an additional 4 months. Stunning deep purple color, and tons of complexity developed during the secondary fermentation of the blueberries. Tart yet balanced with a depth of berries, finishing dry, crisp and effervescent. So beautiful, so quaffable, so delicious! $14/750 ml bottle, available at the brewery only (no shipping option) starting Friday at noon.

Back today in cans and on tap is Dump Run Saves - a tribute to our friend and neighbor, known only as Chard, the OG authority on salvaging items from the dump. Similar to last year, this "Fruited Summer Ale" was hit with plenty of Peach, Mango and Passion fruit and dry hopped with a subtle addition of El Dorado. This one is all about the fruit. Fresh and smoothie-like with a dry tartness from the fruit that keeps the balance all in check! Its a complete crusher at 4%. Come check it out! Needless to say we have an impressive brew and packaging team - attempting to keep up with demand of our flagship Hu Jon, and Luster and Ooz has been a challenge as of late, especially considering the difficulty of maintaining a production schedule during expansion/construction. In the past week we have shipped these three brands province-wide (NB), as well as province-wide in Quebec! If your local store doesn't have stock, let us know, or let your store know you'd like some to be ordered.
