Train with Tracy 15.01.2021

You keep hearing me talk about water and its importance. Many of us are functioning but very dehydrated. The best way to be successful with your daily consumption is to have a designated water bottle that is just for you. Fill it up while you sip your morning coffee and add any lemon or fresh fruit to jazz it up. If you are completing my workouts it will help maximize your performance, increase your energy level + brain function and flush toxins from your body (that can inflame joints). Countless reasons to keep sipping!

Happy New Year! January is always a great time to hit the reset button. As you know, I believe in balance. January doesn’t have to be about cutting things out completely or depriving yourself. It’s about finding ways to incorporate exercise, healthy food choices and self care days. I would love for you to join me and let me guide you through the month.

What a year it has been. I know we are all anxious for a fresh start. The one thing we can control is our goals. I don’t believe in setting New Years resolutions. But, I DO believe in short term goals. With that being said, what is your goal this week? Drink more water? Add more veggies in your diet, A new workout program?
