Triangle Physiotherapy is looking for a motivated rehab-focused Registered Massage Therapist to join our team of health practitioners in our Lawrence Park clinic. Primary Requirements: ~ 2-3 years of experience in an outpatient orthopaedic rehabilitation setting preferred but new grads who are a good fit will be considered.... ~ Exceptional interpersonal skills & ability to build client rapport. ~ A Positive attitude. ~ Performance oriented with a willingness to discuss & implement performance goals. ~ Entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen. ~ A Commitment to superior customer service & quality treatment. ~ Must be able to participate in community & promotional events to represent the clinic. ~ Interested in sharing knowledge and engaging in team-based patient care with other healthcare professionals in the clinic. ~ Good time management, multitasking and problem solving skills. ~ Ability to uphold the high level of patient experience that the clinics are known for. We are looking to hire a Reception Team Manager for the Triangle Physiotherapy group of clinics. The Reception Team Manager is responsible for effectively recruiting, scheduling, training and retention of front desk staff & applying quality management initiatives to maintain a high level of customer service. The position will be based out of our head office in Etobicoke, however occasional travel to our 8 locations in the GTA will be required for staff training purposes. DUTI...ES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ~ Maintain a highly motivated work environment by communicating regularly in a positive, motivating manner. ~ Coach & build a high performing team of front desk staff. Provide ongoing training & coaching to the team. ~ Provide leadership to the team through problem solving and effective communication. ~ Lead the administrative team in order to ensure that the highest standards of customer service are being attained. ~ Ensure that clinic policies and procedures are being followed by all members of the team. ~ Provide orientation and training for new staff. ~ Ensure adequate staffing of the clinic. ~ Maintaining a schedule that supports the clinics. ~ Organize & schedule regular team meetings. ~ Monitor level of customer service at the Clinics, this includes listening to recorded phone calls for quality management & training purposes. ~ Provide feedback on the calls on a regular basis. ~ Ensure maintenance of clinic standards. ~ Maintain performance reports of front desk team. ~ Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews of the front desk team. REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE ~ 3-4 years of experience in an administrative and customer service role in a healthcare company. ~ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills. ~ Proven leadership skills, ability to motivate and lead the team to be successful. ~ A proven ability to teach, coach, and direct. ~ Understanding of a health care business would be an asset. ~ Management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work. ~ Problem solving skills ~ Team player. ~ Calm and positive demeanor. ~ Must have the flexibility to be available on the company's communication app during clinic's working hours for any assistance required by the team.
