General Laborer Job Description: The successful individual will report directly to their assigned Team Leader. This position requires an organized individual with a strong desire to learn. The individual must be mechanically inclined, be able to multitask, and must be willing to undertake any role assigned to them.... What does success look like? Success for this position is an extremely positive individual with a good attitude and is able to work well under minimal supervision. The individual is well organized, responsible, and very confident in their own abilities. Job Details: Use of various power tools Light to heavy lifting up to 75 pounds Maintain clean and neat work environment Basic Welding Make adjustments when necessary to produce the product within specifications Use of basic measuring tools This position will evolve and additional duties and responsibilities may be added or modified as required throughout the course of employment. Required Skills: Willingness to learn Adaptability to change Mechanically inclined Able to read a measuring tape Able to use hand tools Able to work while wearing all safety gear and obey safety rules of the shop Able to work under minimal supervision Able to work in various heights The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
