I met Tanya over the Christmas Holiday's last year in PEI and she helped me ...and 208 Entertainment Inc. - Fitness Media Specialists with some training videos. She was working with a great trainer out there Daniel Archibald that made amazing strides with her. Tanya moved out to the Cayman Islands (insert an ounce of jealously here......) and had reached out to me to get her to the next level. Well tonight she sent me some progress pics and I was floored!!! The girl has some SICK abs now!!!!! Tanya has showed what following a plan will do!
