Quarantainment Central While we remain physically distant until further notice, the VBA is making a list of all the bluegrass and old time happenings out in our digital world that might be of interest to our group. Go to the Scene page of the Victoriabluegrass.ca website and you'll see a list of musical events that might be of interest to you. If you have or know of an upcoming on-line event that would be enjoyed by VBA members, there are several ways to get it on our lis...ting: 1. email it to [email protected] 2. share it to the Victoria Bluegrass Facebook page 3. post your event in the Friends of Victoria Bluegrass page. We need your help in getting these listings on our website. Our goal is to make this a one stop resource for all the potential viewers out there and a place for artists to get more (free) advertising and audience. http://www.victoriabluegrass.ca/scene.htm And we probably don't have to say it but will...Help out if there's a tip jar. Buy their merchandise. The government income support these artists may receive won't be enough to cover their lost income or the expenses they would have incurred for their cancelled events. We look forward to hearing from you! And please share this post to others.

Hello out there in COVID-19 land. The VBA continues to be on its temporary shut down of activities until we are permitted to resume our regular programming. We hope you’re all safe and doing your best to follow the distancing rules and virus avoidance recommendations. Until then we hope you’re finding new and positive ways to keep your spirits up (such as play and listen to music).
