ALSO, LAST BEER RELEASE FOR 2020! PNW IPA - Mashed with Island Malt House 2-Row and a touch of Munich and Honey Malt. A large addition of Chinook in the boil, Centennial and Cascade in the whirlpool. Dry Hopped with Centennial, Chinook and Armarillo. Fermented with English Ale Yeast Inspired by the IPA’s from the Pacific North West region of North America. Sweet citrus, grassy and resinous pine. Long bitter finish with a subtle sweet malt balance. 6.7% and 75 IBU See highlights for our hours leading into the New Year!

Hopped exclusively with Amarillo American Ale yeast making the bubbles! 5.7% ABV and 45 IBU Wheat IPA - 50% Wheat Malt, 25% 2-Row, 25% Pilsner. All floor malted at Island Malt House in Wheatley River, PEI. Brewed with Simcoe in the kettle and dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic. Fermented with American Ale Yeast TAPROOM IS BACK IN ACTION!
