New client, been playing a lot of golf during the shutdown, and now has right shoulder pain. She was unable to fully flex or abduct her humerus. She pointe dot ...painful areas in the front and top of her humerus. NKT testing found the tendon attachment of the subscapularis overworking and the biceps underworking. Released the subscap and activated the biceps. She could now flex her humerus. Then we found the supraspinatus overworking and the middle deltoid underworking. Released the supraspinatus and activated the mid delt. After several repetitions of the protocol she was able to abduct her humerus. Moral of the story, when a small synergist compensates for a large prime mover pain and injury are not far behind. See more
