If you refer a driver to work with our team you will receive a Recommendation Bonus: $150.00 after 1 month of new hires employment $350.00 after 6 months of new hires employment $500.00 after 1 year of new hires employment. Total $1,000.00 Also a new hire will receive a Courtesy Bonus $250.00 after 6 months of employment $250.00 after 1 year of employment. Total, $500.00 We feel our best recruiting tool is word of mouth and it is an easy way to make some side money also. In 2019 we paid out $15,850 in Recommendation Bonus’s and $33,100 in Courtesy Bonuses. We are currently looking for: 2 - Owner Operators based between Alliston and Chatham corridor for US runs. 1 - Alliston US driver. 3 - Local Alliston drivers. 2 - North Bound Chatham drivers 1 - Listowell based driver to run to Alliston and area. 3 - US flatbed drivers to run US. 2 apprentice or licensed Mechanics for Alliston. The ideal candidate will: -Be licensed as a 310T Mechanic.... -Have experience in fleet maintenance. -Be able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision. -Have good computer and organizational skills.
