Have you tried our Toasted MatchaMallow Latte? . Ever since we introduced it in Fall, it’s been a popular seller. I ordered 12 big wholesale bags of Dandies Marshmallows and thought I would never use them up! Now we have only 2 bags left so please try it before it’s gone. Bye bye 2020! . Though 2020 has been a difficult and challenging year, I feel very grateful and lucky that Whisk Matcha Cafe can open (and stay open), and my family is still safe and healthy. I couldn’t have asked for more. What’s your weekend plan? Come by to get your matcha fix, bubble tea fix, and croissant fix in one place and most importantly everything is vegan so you don’t need to ask. We don’t have eggs or dairy on the premise (for those of you with allergy concerns), and vegan is not just an option or an alternative (but you will never notice as it’s just as good). Our matcha latte is not for the fainted hearts. Strong and smooth - we use a big scoop of our organic and first harvest Uji matcha in our lattes because we think you deserve the best. First harvest matcha is commonly classified as Ceremonial grade but we think it should be a norm for everyday drinking as well getting all that nutrients of which second harvest matcha cannot pair. I’m working hard to bring the best matcha available on the market - there are some p...ossible changes to our organic everyday grade matcha. Due to weather and labour issues, we might have to source from a different tea farm now which we’ve also built a close relationship over the years (the same tea farm that supplies our yummy organic Hojicha powder ). It’s been a little over 3 months since our brick and mortar store opened. It feels like us passing the probation and is worth a little bit of celebration and reflection. - I rarely post any business talk here as Whisk has been always a passion project of mine over a business (AKA I really suck at looking into those numbers). Now as an employer, I have a lot more responsibilities making sure the shop is profitable so my lovely staff can be employed full time, paid on time wi...th competitive wage and extended health benefits, everyone’s health & safety, and we’re able to invest back to the shop providing a better experience for our customers. - Have you been to our cafe yet?
