Every vibration selects a skein: Some bright and humming with electric energy, others muted and soft, creating shadow and depth. One is not more beautiful than the other, for both are needed to create a masterpiece. A candle is more luminous when casting light in a darkened room, and one is more grateful for its gentle glow. The Unseen flows in and around lifting us up to the crest of our waves, and cradling us in the ebb at the bottom, ready to rise again. . Feeling this dance today, as I consider the shifting of energies about my space: As I consciously move a piece, reverently placing it where it feels best, the Unseen weaves in and around to create something new. As I cleanse and purge, stacked children’s clothes all neatly lined up, the Unseen elevates and expands, drawing in the miraculous in a seemingly mundane task. When I hold my asanas or sit and breathe in my Reiki energy, the surge of Life Force Energy holds hands with the Unseen, working together to shape and mold me for my day ahead. . This is our trust, our faith in that every step we take is not done blindly or alone. We are carried along on the wind, flowing about with ease surrendering to the current of Life. One of us can always pick up on the urge to shift items, to welcome in new energy. The fireplace was bugging me, feeling cramped in one corner, so I moved it to another. Firstly, it’s more in alignment in the feng shui Bagua, being near the South for fire (grid, not compass), and secondly- I really want this little plant ...to live!! SUNDAY MUSINGS . We often get caught up in the idea of manifestation requiring a focused and intricate design: We dictate exactly what we want down to the finest details, snip images for vision boards, and write out our New Moon Intention lists. . But, what if this was working against the grain?... . What if, we chose to focus on the simple things that bring us joy? Instead of mapping out the step-by-step plan for getting what we want, we step into partnership with the Universe on a divine frequency instead? This doesn’t mean not doing anything or not taking any steps, it means adjusting our focus to joy and surrender. Today, I’m pondering this as I hear the pair of bald eagles calling each other through the open window- it’s above zero and mild! I think about the red-winged blackbirds I can hear in the reeds heralding spring in three weeks- music to my ears! I blossom with joy at the sunny daffodils that I know will be about and how they embody that feeling of spring. By taking these moments to align myself with the energy of these personal joys, I fast track my manifestations and bring to me what I want or need before I even know what that could be. Because the Universe knows, it know so much better than what I could conceive. I just need to take a moment to appreciate where I am and trust that amazing things are on their way to me. The quiet presence of Pussywillow brings in a sense of calm, even before we touch their fuzzy heads. Their softness soothes and relaxes, and sparks a glimmer of hope- Spring is not far off! . These current energies have had me feeling like I’m in a room full of revolving doors, and I don’t know what’s behind any of them. So I’m taking my Imbolc Essence to help still me and bring about that calm. Pussywillow is so gentle and innocent, with ice and green calcite allowing that ...pause. We may not know what is beyond the next wave, or the one after that, but we can surrender to the ebb and flow. We can witness exactly where we are and allow ourselves to inhale a bit of peace. The In-Between . I love little pauses in life. It’s a gift, to be able to recalibrate and ground, even just for a moment. I have the pleasure of my first reading with @thewitchatarian this morning, and managed my few errands quicker than expected. So I have a moment to breathe. To centre. To draw all the bits and pieces of me back to myself. It’s a good reminder that I don’t need to rush or harry my day; I can Be. Just for a bit. Coffee and Tuning Forks . I had the pleasure of a deep and delicious healing session yesterday, with picking up my Ohm Theraputics Osteo and High Ohm tuning forks the cherry on top! Perfect timing too, as my sacral bone could still use some TLC. Check out the size of the Osteo fork! . The measured frequency of Ohm is based on the elliptical orbit of the Earth as it travels around the Sun through four seasons. Ohm is elemental- an earth tone- and represents a yearl...y cycle, characterized by the rhythmic flow of the seasons, lunar cycles, and the pulse of day and night. - Ohm Theraputics . My personal healing medicine basket now contains five Ohm forks - four octaves- for healing layers of our physical and etheric body. How are you feeling post-new moon energies? Hopefully much better! I’m getting the sensation of Gathering: Gathering speed, slowly but surely, getting ideas and epiphanies, and regaining my own harmony and energy. It’s best to be mindful of this, because at the end of the month we begin Eclipse Season with the Full Moon! Known for being harbingers of Change, eclipses- which happen in pairs- will be adding the final seasoning and spice to this already flavourful year. If we lo...ok after ourselves, and are aware of the changes and direction we are already in the process of, these next weeks will bring a delicious additive that sparks your sensations. If we’re bumbling about and ignoring what our Higher Self is trying to tell us, well , it’ll be more like adding too much chilli, and having half your spice cupboard fall in the soup. Garlic and chocolate anyone? A pinch of salt to enhance would be better, in my opinion. . For me, the last two week have been tumultuous despite all the good work I do for me, and everything I am grateful for. Revelations have come to light, and cycles seemingly in the bag have had a magnifying glass thrown on them! Not only have I had to focus in greater detail, I’ve had to extinguish a few fires, and begin to forgive myself and heal all over again. I’m abundantly grateful for Reiki every day, holding my hand to get me through stuff! I can’t believe how blessed I am that I can offer this gift to others as well, to assist them on their Journeys! I love hearing how embracing who I am and allowing it to flow has helped someone else in their times of need. It shows truly how connected we all are, lifting one another up so each of us in turn can elevate others. It’s been eight months since the first Friday 13th of 2020- the day before we went into lockdown. It seems mad that this time last year, we had no idea what we were in for! Did you know that each calendar year can have up to three Friday 13ths? The next two years will only have one. We always have an opportunity to start fresh, yet this past Friday, with the New Supermoon Vibes feels like a point where we all stand up for ourselves and say enough is enough! This whole year h...as been a cosmic Reset- I even stated back in January that Reset and Momentum would be the words for 2020- and this weekend we have another opportunity for that Reset. It’s kind of like upgrades on our computer- there’s always another. Whatever has been coming up for you, it’s imperative that you See it and really dive into what it means for you because.....drum roll please....eclipse season is around the corner! That means change is inevitable, and it will feel a lot better if you can release and clear the crap, and step into this season with clear lenses and a positive sense that this change is going to be awesome! Fiery crimson, with glowing central suns. Seed heads bowing in reverence. Medicine: Transformative and powerful, yet dangerous when not respected. Poppies growing where those who had fallen lay still and silent, reminding us of who they were. A symbol not only of remembrance but of Unity. Can you imagine a world where your loved ones are taken, and ordered to don a uniform and given a gun to kill other human beings? Can you see your sons standing proud and ready to fight for ...their country, our freedom, and knowing that they may never return to your arms? We are what they fought for, and what we need to remember. We are who they held faith for, a new world where atrocities like this never happened again. Today we fight for this world, on the memories of our grandfathers and grandmothers who stepped forth and came home with ghosts in their eyes but love in their hearts. Today, instead of slaughtering others, we respectfully don masks and love those close to us even more. We are grateful, and we Remember. Tell their stories. Remind your children of what life was like not so very long ago. Thread the images of their great-grandparents with poppy red emotions, the heartaches, the pain, and the love. Stories with the powers to nudge the Codes of their Ancestors within, reminding us all of why we need to love each other more. Why we need to laugh more. Why we embrace others warmly and uplift rather than condemn. The darkness is only displaced by the Light, and even a single candle, a small flame, has the power to illuminate. Let us illuminate the world together and shine like the poppies suns.
