Yoga Submarine has been booked back into Jack Stuart School in Camrose beginning in October this year! So looking forward to seeing our little buddies and how much they've grown over the summer! What a wonderful school and a good energy in that building!

Well, it's that time of year again, Back To School!! We're so excited to get back into schools and are pleased to be looking forward to a very busy season of sharing physical activity, serenity and coping skills with thousands of children this school year.
