Hello everyone! WE’RE BACK!!!!! It’s so exciting to announce that Highpoint Performance & Recovery will be re-opening on May 19th. We are following the guidelines set in place by our PHO, WorkSafeBC and the BCCDC along with the College of Chiropractors of British Columbia and the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia. With that, there are a few policy and procedural changes that you will experience as we transition into this new phase. We have temporarily redu...ced our clinic hours and will be open Tuesday to Friday 9am - 6pm. Monday and Saturday appointments are available if booked in advance. There will be a mandatory screening process one day prior to all appointments. We will be contacting you via phone call to ensure you are not experiencing any symptoms or risk factors associated with COVID-19. We’re asking that all patients bring a mask to wear during the treatment as we are not able to maintain those physical distancing precautions in the treatment rooms, if you do not have a mask one will be provided for you. We will be wearing a mask during the treatment as well. If you arrive early please wait outside until your scheduled appointment time as we are limiting the number of people in the clinic at a time. Please do not bring any friends or family members along with you into the clinic; with the exception of a minor and a parent. You will be required to wash your hands upon entering the clinic, and again after your treatment. There will also be hand sanitizer available for your use as well. Highpoint Performance & Recovery will remain closed until further notice. On March 23, 2020 Provincial Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry issued an important update of expectations for regulated health professionals in BC, including the College of Chiropractors of BC (CCBC) during the COVID-19 pandemic. As of this date, chiropractors have been mandated to cease all in-person, non-essential services until such time as the Provincial Health Officer deems it is safe to resume.... We had already made the decision on March 19th to shut our doors for the safety of our community, so we will continue to remain closed until it is safe to re-open. We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during this difficult time. We WILL get through this, and will come together once again when it is all over.
