Zumba with Kathleen

The most common reason people give to not join my Zumba class is that they "are no good at dancing, have two left feet, or are too out of shape". I get it. We've all been there. New things are scary. But if it's something that truly interests you and it's only fear of failure that's stopping you ... Should you let it? ... With 2020 and all its craziness it's time to stop letting fear of not being perfect be the reason that we don't do something that might make us happy. And I mean this for all areas of your life - not just Zumba class That said, right now is the perfect time to join my class as it's held virtually and you can do it from your own livingroom!! What better way to practice your firedancing skills and build your confidence at the same time!!! Classes are every week Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30pm EDT on www.zumba.dance.
