The Salt Fish Cutting Board Is a representation of the cod fish which has be fished in Newfoundland for many years. By purchasing one of theses cutting boards you are giving back to Fogo Island and supporting local. Theses cutting boards are hand made from start to finish, starting with all local wood (white oak and yellow birch). When finished each cutting board is coated with a natural food oil....
